1. The service

These terms apply to your use of MyMyo’s mobile app and the mymyo.fit website. In these terms, “MyMyo”, “we” and “us” refer to the service operator, and “you” refers to the person using the service. By using MyMyo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. The planning acknowledgement in section 4 is a separate step before generating a plan.

MyMyo offers an exercise library, movement demonstrations and variations, interactive muscle maps and educational guides, automatic planning through Short or Detailed setup, manual plans, editable exercise targets and custom exercises. The website provides public product, pricing and legal information; it has no member login. Available features depend on the app version, account access and any purchased entitlement. Not every exercise has an animation or every variation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Acceptance of these terms does not by itself give consent to unrelated uses of personal information.

2. Accounts and access

Guests may browse the Exercise and Muscles libraries without an account. Searching, filtering, custom exercises and other account features require sign-in. Creating or using either automatic or manual plans requires a signed-in account and an age of at least 18. Provide an accurate date of birth in Profile; users under 18 cannot access either planner.

Sign in using Google, an email sign-in link or, for an administrator-issued special-access account, an email address and password. Use an email address or identity you control, keep passwords, sign-in links and sessions secure, and provide accurate profile information. Do not share or sell account access or use another person’s identity. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Google and email-link access is limited to one admitted session per account at a time. Sign out on that device before signing in through either of those methods elsewhere. If that device is lost or inaccessible, its session needs to be revoked before another Google or email-link session can be admitted. Administrator-issued email-and-password accounts are exempt and may be signed in from multiple places at once. Account verification, cloud profile loading and profile saves require an internet connection. A failed session check can temporarily prevent account access.

Plans and training data are stored for the app installation, rather than in separate local databases for each account. Signing out or switching accounts does not erase those records. Another signed-in person using the same installation may be able to access them. Clear app storage before giving someone else your device or reusing the installation for a different person.

3. Health and safety

MyMyo’s intended purpose is general fitness and wellness education for the supported population. It is not a medical, diagnostic, monitoring, prevention, treatment or rehabilitation service, does not make a clinical decision, and is not a substitute for the judgement of a doctor, physiotherapist, accredited exercise physiologist or other appropriately qualified professional. Anatomy and activation information must not be used to diagnose or manage a condition.

Exercise carries inherent risk. Follow instructions, use suitable equipment and surroundings, choose loads you can control, and review every plan before performing it. Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, chest discomfort, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom.

4. Planning and readiness

Planning-terms version: 2026-09-13.

Supported planning

Guests may browse the Exercise and Muscles libraries without logging in. Creating or using automatic or manual plans requires a signed-in account and an age of at least 18. Signed-in users must provide an accurate date of birth in Profile. Under-18s cannot use either planner but may browse the libraries. Current-circumstances questions are optional in Profile and are asked again for every new automatic plan. The automatic planner is for apparently healthy adults aged 18 or older who pass all readiness questions. MyMyo will not generate a plan if readiness is incomplete or an answer indicates pregnancy, postpartum recovery, a medical condition or medical exercise restriction, current pain, injury or concerning symptoms. A refusal is a precaution, not a medical assessment. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified medical or exercise professional about your circumstances.

Keep your circumstances current

You must give complete and accurate answers and promptly update the readiness questions in Profile whenever your age, health, pregnancy or postpartum status, medical restrictions, pain, injury or symptoms change, before continuing training. You must not conceal or misstate an answer to bypass a restriction. MyMyo cannot detect changes you have not reported.

Saving a change that makes you ineligible

If updated Profile readiness answers do not meet the automatic planner requirements, MyMyo warns you before saving. Confirming the update permanently deletes all saved plans on this device, including generated and manually created plans and their training days. Cancelling leaves the saved answers and plans unchanged. Completed workout history is retained. Changing your answers back later does not restore deleted plans.

Current readiness and manual planning

Generated plans require a current passing readiness result; the current validity period is 24 hours. An expired or blocked result makes generated plans unavailable until readiness and plan checks pass again. Expiry alone does not delete plans. If you are at least 18 and automatic planning is unavailable, you may build a new manual plan after acknowledging the professional-advice notice. Consider your circumstances and consult an appropriately qualified professional; access to the manual builder is not medical clearance or a finding that exercise is suitable for you.

Exercise demonstrations

Exercise demonstrations are provided for general educational purposes. Viewing an exercise example does not mean that the exercise is safe or suitable for you. A demonstration is not a personalised recommendation or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified medical or exercise professional.

How plans work

The planner uses predefined rules, structured exercise metadata, constraint-based selection and validation. A large language model does not select exercises or prescriptions. Each request produces one editable multi-day plan, with resistance training and optional conditioning. Plans may include sets, repetition ranges, rest, effort guidance and estimated duration. Generated plans and supported edits are checked against available constraints, but validation cannot identify every personal risk or make exercise risk-free. Review the plan before exercising. No particular fitness, strength, body-composition or performance result is guaranteed.

Changes and acknowledgement

Automatic progression and regression are currently disabled. Exercise refresh is started by you and may replace some exercises with suitable alternatives; it may find fewer alternatives or none. Review every change before training. Before creating a generated plan, separately acknowledge that you have read and agree to this planning section. MyMyo records the accepted planning-terms version and time with the plan. When the downloaded planning terms change, you must accept the new version before creating another generated plan.

Short and Detailed setup

Short setup uses your readiness answers, goal, experience, schedule and training location, with defaults for additional preferences. Detailed setup gives you more control over equipment, familiarity, secondary goals, priority muscles, preferred or excluded exercises and rest. Time and muscle-activation information are estimates and educational illustrations. The planner may be unable to satisfy every preference or produce a valid plan. Your own manual targets and changes are not professional prescriptions.

Readiness answers submitted in Profile or during automatic planning are saved to your cloud profile. The resulting plan, planning preferences and acknowledgement records stay on the device. See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between cloud and local records.

5. Your records and permitted use

You may use the app and its content for your own personal, non-commercial fitness education and training. MyMyo’s software, text, branding and original images are protected by intellectual-property law. Do not redistribute or sell them without permission, except where applicable law or a separate licence permits it. The artwork credits below identify material with a separate licence.

You retain any rights you hold in custom exercise descriptions, notes and other material you enter. You permit MyMyo to store and process that material only as needed to provide the features you use. Do not enter unlawful content or material you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass account, age or readiness restrictions.

Plans, custom exercises, prescriptions, planning preferences and any recorded workout history are stored on your device. Editing sets, repetitions, loads, duration or distance changes planned targets; it does not by itself record a completed workout. MyMyo does not provide automatic cloud synchronisation or an in-app backup/export service for training records.

Deleting a plan or confirming an ineligible Profile update can permanently remove plans as explained in section 4. Signing out leaves local records in place. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, losing or replacing a device may remove them. Your operating system may handle backups separately; check its settings before relying on a backup.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid plans are coming soon and purchases are not available during private testing. Membership information currently describes the proposed Free, Pro and MyMyo Lifetime options in US dollars. Viewing prices or signing in does not make a purchase or authorise a charge. Features available during testing do not guarantee a continuing free entitlement.

When purchases are available, the purchase screen will identify the seller or payment provider, included benefits, total price, currency, billing period, any taxes and trial conditions before you confirm. A recurring subscription renews only on the terms disclosed and agreed at checkout. Any trial conversion, renewal charge and cancellation deadline must be disclosed there.

For an Apple or Google purchase, manage cancellation through the subscriptions settings of the store account used to buy it; for another provider, follow the cancellation method supplied at checkout. Cancelling stops future renewals in accordance with those purchase terms. Deleting the app, signing out or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a store subscription. Refund requests may be made through the purchase provider or to MyMyo, without limiting your rights against the responsible supplier.

MyMyo Lifetime

MyMyo Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting the Pro benefits described at purchase for the operational lifetime of the MyMyo app. “Lifetime” refers to the app’s lifetime, not your lifetime, and does not promise that the app will operate forever. If MyMyo permanently discontinues the app, lifetime access ends. This does not exclude, restrict or modify any non-excludable consumer guarantees or rights to remedies under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to prices apply to future purchases or renewals after the required notice and any required consent, not retrospectively to a period already paid for. We will not use these terms to remove benefits you have already purchased without the notice and remedies required by law.

7. Ending use and service changes

You may stop using MyMyo at any time. In the app, sign in, open Profile, scroll to the end of the page and select Delete my account. You can also use the external account-deletion page. Cancel any recurring purchase separately through its payment provider.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue or dispute the decision. Immediate action may be necessary to protect people, accounts or the service, or to comply with law.

We may maintain, correct or update the service, including exercise information and planning checks. Updates can affect whether a saved generated plan remains compatible. We will give reasonable notice of a material reduction to paid services or permanent discontinuation where practicable and provide any remedies required by law. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that arose before it ended.

8. Service standards and your rights

We aim to provide accurate, useful information and a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, a plan for every combination of inputs, or a particular fitness result. Device failure, connectivity problems and outdated app or cached content can affect availability and accuracy. Exercise suitability still depends on your circumstances and how you perform it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, services must be provided with due care and skill and meet other applicable guarantees. You may be entitled to a remedy if the service fails to meet them.

The exercise-risk information in these terms does not waive your legal rights or release MyMyo from responsibility that applies by law. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined under applicable law. These terms do not require you to give up access to courts or consumer and privacy complaint bodies.

9. Updates and contact

The update date at the top identifies this version. We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will identify material changes and provide reasonable advance notice through the app, website or an available account contact channel, unless an urgent security or legal change requires earlier action. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where your agreement is required, we will obtain it.

The app downloads legal content from mymyo.fit and keeps the last successfully downloaded version for offline reading. If you are offline, your copy may be older than the website version. A new planning-terms version requires a fresh acknowledgement before a new generated plan is saved.

Service information is available on the contact page. Its current form does not send messages.
